    A service provider failed to deliver the agreed-upon travel service.
  2. Non-Refundable Items
    Refunds are not available for:
    Cancellations made after the provider’s refund deadline.
    Payments made toward non-refundable bookings or fees clearly stated as non-refundable.
    Service charges or processing fees (where applicable).
